Dear Parent or Legal Guardian:

Your child has registered with the ____________________Club for the seasonal soccer year of fall ____/spring ____.

According to Ohio Youth Soccer Association North and USYSA rules, your child must remain on this same club/team if he/she chooses to play for the spring 2003 season.

Club coaches are unable to recruit players to change teams between the fall and the spring season. If players change teams, the coach may be held liable for the player switching teams.

If for a good reason, your child cannot remain on this team for the spring season, you as the parent (or legal guardian) must notify your Club president or club registrar by the Club registration deadline dates as well as complete the Player Status/Transfer form.
